The Commitment Clock, late = free, payments, refunds, ownership — in plain words, no fine-print games.
1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you create a Digirevolutions account or start a project. At registration you accept them via an explicit checkbox; we record the version you accepted, when, and from which IP address. The current version and its effective date are shown at the bottom of this page.
2. The Commitment Clock
Every project runs on a written, committed timeline with a live timer you can see in your portal at any time. The timer starts when your project is approved and your required material is complete — and it is computed on our servers, not in your browser.
3. Late = free (exact scope)
If delivery happens after the committed timer reaches zero due to our delay, our service charge for that committed work is zero. Two fair rules: (a) delays caused from your side (pending inputs, unanswered queries) pause the timer — the pause and its reason are visible to you; (b) third-party costs (domain, hosting, licenses, ad spend, payment-gateway fees) are never part of the free-work promise.
4. Your material
You provide the basic business material (photos, details, content inputs) listed in your project checklist. The committed timeline counts from when your material is complete. Wrong or delayed material pauses the clock.
5. Payments
Fixed-price products (website, NFC card, audit): payment in advance — you proceed only after seeing and approving your preview, and the Commitment Clock protects your side. Larger custom projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly services: advance invoice for the month.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Cancel before the timer starts: full refund (only payment-gateway fees deducted). Cancel after work starts: you pay for work completed till then, the rest is refunded. If we are late, section 3 applies. All refund decisions are recorded in writing against your Commitment ID.
7. Revisions
Every delivery includes a 7-day free polish window — text changes, image swaps, small fixes. New pages, new features, or a change of design direction are quoted separately. After 7 days, changes are quoted or covered by a care plan.
8. Ownership
The website, its content, and the domain are 100% yours. The domain is registered in your name. You can take everything and leave at any time — no lock-in, no hostage tactics.
9. Verified reviews
Reviews can only be written from inside the portal after a project is handed over, and appear publicly only after moderation. We never write, buy or fake reviews.
10. Data & privacy
We follow India's DPDP Act — minimal data, purpose-specific consent, deletion on request. See the Privacy Policy for details; it forms part of these terms.
11. Reward Credit
Reward Credit, Digirevolutions apni marzi se dene wala promotional discount credit hai. Iski koi nakad keemat nahi hai, ye kisi aur ko nahi diya ja sakta, aur ise badla, bhunaya ya nakad mein nikala nahi ja sakta. Ise sirf Digirevolutions se aage ki kisi khareed ke daam par discount ki tarah lagaya ja sakta hai. Reward Credit koi pre-paid instrument, wallet ki rakam ya paisa nahi hai. Kisi bhi khareed par lagne wala GST Reward Credit ka discount ghatane ke baad bachi hui rakam par hi lagta hai. Reward Credit milne ke 12 mahine baad khatam ho jaata hai.
12. Testimonial aur referral
Agar aap apni marzi se kisi aisi cheez ke baare mein testimonial, review ya reaction video saajha karna chunte hain jo aapko pehle mil chuki hai, toh Digirevolutions apni marzi se aapko shukriya ke taur par Reward Credit de sakta hai. Aap par kisi bhi tarah ka content dene ki koi zimmedari nahi hai, aur badle mein kisi khaas kism ke content ki na maang hai na waada. Purane grahak jo kisi dost ko bhejte hain, unhe Reward Credit mil sakta hai (promotional discount, koi nakad keemat nahi). Reward Credit Digirevolutions apni marzi se deta hai, ye kisi seva ke badle commission ya bhugtaan nahi hai, aur iski koi nakad keemat nahi hai.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. If they change, the version number and effective date change with them, and your acceptance record always shows exactly which version you accepted. Material changes are notified before they apply to you.

15. Bhasha
Ye shartein angrezi, Hindi, Marathi aur Hinglish mein likhi gayi hain. Hindi, Marathi aur Hinglish sirf samajhne ke liye hain. Kisi bhi takraav ya matlab ke farak par angrezi wali shartein hi maani jayengi.
