The Commitment Clock, late = free, payments, refunds, ownership — in plain words, no fine-print games.
1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you create a Digirevolutions account or start a project. At registration you accept them via an explicit checkbox; we record the version you accepted, when, and from which IP address. The current version and its effective date are shown at the bottom of this page.
2. The Commitment Clock
Every project runs on a written, committed timeline with a live timer you can see in your portal at any time. The timer starts when your project is approved and your required material is complete — and it is computed on our servers, not in your browser.
3. Late = free (exact scope)
If delivery happens after the committed timer reaches zero due to our delay, our service charge for that committed work is zero. Two fair rules: (a) delays caused from your side (pending inputs, unanswered queries) pause the timer — the pause and its reason are visible to you; (b) third-party costs (domain, hosting, licenses, ad spend, payment-gateway fees) are never part of the free-work promise.
4. Your material
You provide the basic business material (photos, details, content inputs) listed in your project checklist. The committed timeline counts from when your material is complete. Wrong or delayed material pauses the clock.
5. Payments
Fixed-price products (website, NFC card, audit): payment in advance — you proceed only after seeing and approving your preview, and the Commitment Clock protects your side. Larger custom projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Monthly services: advance invoice for the month.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Cancel before the timer starts: full refund (only payment-gateway fees deducted). Cancel after work starts: you pay for work completed till then, the rest is refunded. If we are late, section 3 applies. All refund decisions are recorded in writing against your Commitment ID.
7. Revisions
Every delivery includes a 7-day free polish window — text changes, image swaps, small fixes. New pages, new features, or a change of design direction are quoted separately. After 7 days, changes are quoted or covered by a care plan.
8. Ownership
The website, its content, and the domain are 100% yours. The domain is registered in your name. You can take everything and leave at any time — no lock-in, no hostage tactics.
9. Verified reviews
Reviews can only be written from inside the portal after a project is handed over, and appear publicly only after moderation. We never write, buy or fake reviews.
10. Data & privacy
We follow India's DPDP Act — minimal data, purpose-specific consent, deletion on request. See the Privacy Policy for details; it forms part of these terms.
11. Reward Credit
Reward Credit, Digirevolutions की अपनी मर्ज़ी से दिया जाने वाला promotional discount credit है। इसकी कोई नक़द क़ीमत नहीं है, यह किसी और को नहीं दिया जा सकता, और इसे बदला, भुनाया या नक़द में निकाला नहीं जा सकता। इसे सिर्फ़ Digirevolutions से आगे की किसी ख़रीद के दाम पर discount की तरह लगाया जा सकता है। Reward Credit कोई pre-paid instrument, wallet की रक़म या पैसा नहीं है। किसी भी ख़रीद पर लगने वाला GST, Reward Credit का discount घटाने के बाद बची हुई रक़म पर ही लगता है। Reward Credit मिलने के 12 महीने बाद ख़त्म हो जाता है।
12. Testimonial और referral
अगर आप अपनी मर्ज़ी से किसी ऐसी चीज़ के बारे में testimonial, review या reaction video साझा करना चुनते हैं जो आपको पहले मिल चुकी है, तो Digirevolutions अपनी मर्ज़ी से आपको शुक्रिया के तौर पर Reward Credit दे सकता है। आप पर किसी भी तरह का content देने की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं है, और बदले में किसी ख़ास क़िस्म के content की न माँग है न वादा। पुराने ग्राहक जो किसी दोस्त को भेजते हैं, उन्हें Reward Credit मिल सकता है (promotional discount, कोई नक़द क़ीमत नहीं)। Reward Credit, Digirevolutions अपनी मर्ज़ी से देता है, यह किसी सेवा के बदले commission या भुगतान नहीं है, और इसकी कोई नक़द क़ीमत नहीं है।
13. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. If they change, the version number and effective date change with them, and your acceptance record always shows exactly which version you accepted. Material changes are notified before they apply to you.

ये शर्तें अंग्रेज़ी, हिंदी, मराठी और Hinglish में लिखी गई हैं। हिंदी, मराठी और Hinglish सिर्फ़ समझने के लिए हैं। किसी भी टकराव या मतलब के फ़र्क़ पर अंग्रेज़ी वाली शर्तें ही मानी जाएँगी।
