Is this made with AI?
Yes — the music is generated with AI tools, then chosen, cut and finished by us. We say so plainly for two reasons: you should know what you're buying, and Indian advertising rules now expect AI-generated audio to be disclosed where it matters. What you get is a finished track made for your business, not a raw output.
Do I own the jingle?
You get a written commercial licence to use it — in your ads, videos, shop, social media and campaigns. We're straight with you about the rest: music generated with AI sits in unsettled legal territory in India, and nobody can honestly promise you exclusive registered copyright over it today. What we can promise is that it's made for you, your name is in it, and you can use it commercially.
Can I use it in a paid ad on TV, radio or YouTube?
For social media, YouTube, in-store and digital ads — yes. For broadcast TV or radio, tell us before we start, because those platforms have their own clearance requirements and we'd rather sort that out first than after.
What if I don't like any of the drafts?
Tell us what's wrong and we make more. The point of showing you several is that you choose — if none of them land, the brief wasn't right yet and that's on us to fix.
How many changes do I get?
Three drafts to choose from, then two rounds of refinement on the one you pick. That is enough for almost everyone, because you're choosing from real options instead of describing a sound in words. If you want to go further after that, it's a fresh brief and we'll tell you the price before we start.
Can you sing it in Marathi?
Yes — Hindi, Marathi, Hinglish or English. It's written to sound spoken in that language, not translated into it.
Can you recreate a tune I already like?
No. Copying an existing song, even loosely, is how businesses end up with legal notices. We'll make you something original that carries the same feeling.
